Cambodian birds

Common Mynas are plentiful in highly populated areas.
A Coppersmith Barbet makes loud interesting sounds which sound a bit metallic. This one was singing from the green area in Wat Phnom in the capital city.
This poor White-Rumped Shama was missing its long tail. Seen at the national park in Kep.
Bulbuls are fairly common throughout the country, but these Black-Crested Bulbuls were mesmerizing to watch! They worked fruit trees together in small groups and made lots of vocalizations.
Oriental Magpie-Robins like this one were active and landed on the ground quite a bit, which made for good viewing.
Malaysian Pied-Fantails like this one were seen in the capital city and they have very cool movements to observe.
Brown-throated sunbird, female. I saw the male too (see below), which had bright iridescent colors.
Yellow-Vented Bulbul.
Male Brown-Throated Sunbird, eating from a banana/plantain blossom. These birds are also sometimes called Plain-throated sunbirds.
 Zebra Dove.
Scarlet-Backed Flowerpecker; unfortunately photographed from a strange angle.
Streak-Eared Bulbul. And below is a Pin-Striped Tit-Babbler seen on a stormy dark day.
